3. Payments
Deposits may be required before scheduling.
Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay may result in work stoppage or legal collection actions, including a mechanic’s lien as allowed by Colorado law.
4. Insurance Claims
Homeowners are responsible for payment of insurance deductibles.
We do not waive or absorb deductibles.
Any upgrades or work not covered by insurance are the homeowner’s responsibility.
5. Scheduling & Delays
Project timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, or other conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
6. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
7. Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided as outlined in your signed contract.
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather, structural movement, lack of maintenance, or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid under the contract. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
10. SMS
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
